Terms of Service, Payment & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy

These Terms of Service, Payment & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy (“Agreement”) govern your
use of the WinSci website and services, including the WinSci CV Validator.
By using our website or services, you agree to this Agreement.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

PART 1 — TERMS OF SERVICE

1. About WinSci

WinSci (“WinSci,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is an initiative supporting women in STEM and underprivileged students through educational and career support services.
WinSci is currently in the process of formal NGO registration in Pakistan. During this period, services are operated by authorized representatives on behalf of WinSci.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this service, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
By using our services, you confirm that you are legally able to enter this agreement.

3. Description of Service

WinSci provides CV review services through the CV Validator.
This includes reviewing your CV and providing feedback and suggestions.
Feedback is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
WinSci does not guarantee:

• Employment
• Interviews
• Scholarships
• Admissions
• Any specific outcomes

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that:
• Information you provide is accurate
• You have the right to submit your CV
• You will not submit false, illegal, or misleading content
You remain responsible for your submitted content.

5. Intellectual Property

All feedback and materials provided by WinSci remain the intellectual property of WinSci.
You may use feedback for personal purposes only.
You may not copy, resell, or distribute WinSci materials without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

WinSci provides guidance only.
WinSci is not responsible for:
• Job or scholarship outcomes
• Decisions made based on feedback
• Indirect or consequential losses
WinSci’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.

PART 2 — PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

8. Payment

Payment is required before CV review unless a waiver is granted.
WinSci is currently in the process of organizational registration. During this period, payments may temporarily be received through authorized accounts on behalf of WinSci until official organizational accounts are established.
By making payment, you acknowledge and accept this arrangement.
You agree not to initiate fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks.

9. Service Delivery

Service delivery timelines are described on the CV Validator service page.
WinSci will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the stated timeframe.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued only if:
• The review has not yet been completed, OR
• WinSci is unable to deliver the service
Refunds will not be issued after feedback has been delivered.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
Refund decisions are made at WinSci’s reasonable discretion.

PART 3 — PRIVACY POLICY

11. Information We Collect

We may collect:
• Name
• Email address
• Country and education details
• CV and uploaded documents
• Payment information or payment proof

12. How We Use Information

We use your information to:
• Provide CV review services
• Communicate with you
• Improve our services
We do not sell your personal information.

13. Data Storage and Protection

Your information is stored securely.
Access is limited to authorized WinSci team members.
While we take reasonable security measures, no system can guarantee absolute security

14. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Information may be shared only with:
• Authorized WinSci team members
• Service providers such as website hosting or email providers
We may disclose information if required by law.

15. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide services and maintain records.
You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
